Rahsaan Carty  {he/him}

Committed to serving his community, Rahsaan has always been passionate about fitness. He loves studying body mechanics and skillfully manipulating every last bit of scientific know-how to help people achieve amazing results – not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.

Prior to founding Team Rahsaan Fitness, Rahsaan diligently rose through the ranks of the fitness industry, fulfilling his dream of becoming a Master Trainer.

Originally from Connecticut, Rahsaan studied liberal arts at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California, and now calls Silicon Valley home.

In his free time, Rahsaan enjoys participating in high-performance motorsports, discovering new restaurants, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
